FPS loss with RUST hack

Hi.

I just bought the Rust hack 2 hours ago and it  is nice.

But I have a big trouble with it I loss about 20-40 FPS with the hack I tested at the same area in the game without the hack i'm between 110-120 FPS and with i'm between 70-85.

So I would like to know if it's normal and if it's not how to not FPS drop like this with the hack ? 

I also specify you that I only play with the player ESP activate en with only 70-80 m of distance and really not a lot of infos.

since rust is an open world game, there are many objects in the game. Therefore, there may be a drop in FPS, but our FPS improvement efforts continue.
